CATUG's Swiss team retreat: RNA-LNP Innovation in the Alps!

Basel, Switzerland, March 28, 2025 — At CATUG, we know that the best ideas emerge when collaboration, innovation, and shared vision come together. Our recent retreat in the Swiss Alps wasn’t just a break from the office—it was an opportunity to strengthen our team, exchange ideas, and refocus on our mission: advancing RNA technology and LNP innovation.

Teamwork and strategy for RNA therapeutics

Given our Basel office location, we chose the stunning Appenzell Alps as the backdrop for our retreat, which provided the perfect environment to step back, reflect, and plan. Our team-building activities, including teaching each other to ski, making homemade dumplings, and preparing tiramisu, showcased our team's global diversity. These activities fostered a space for sharing ideas and engaging in meaningful discussions about the future of RNA and LNP technology. These conversations helped us align our vision, explore emerging opportunities, and set the stage for new projects and strategies.

International team and global RNA distribution

As a company with an international reach, we recognize that every researcher, biotech company, and institution operates within a unique cultural and regulatory landscape. During our retreat, we took the time to discuss these differences —how research priorities, communication styles, and decision-making processes vary across regions. By understanding these nuances, we can better tailor our approach to supporting RNA delivery and LNP projects, ensuring that our solutions align with the specific needs of each client and strengthen our partnerships.

CATUG is back at Superlab Suisse

We returned to the office at Superlab Suisse with fresh motivation and a clear direction. Our time in the mountains reaffirmed the strength of our team and the importance of collaboration in driving scientific progress. With renewed energy, we’re ready to push the boundaries of RNA-based therapeutics, bringing innovative solutions to the scientific community.
